Join us for our annual presentation of A Service of Nine Lessons & Carols on Sunday, December 8 at 5:00 p.m.  This special service, in the tradition of King’s College, Cambridge, will be a warm and poignant evening for you in your celebration of the Advent and Christmas seasons.

The evening will include the reading of nine scriptures that tell the story of God’s redemption of humankind, from Adam’s fall in the Garden through the birth of Jesus Christ. Woven through the lessons are carols that echo the themes of the scripture, sung by our Sanctuary Choir, soloists, instrumentalists, and congregational singing.

The event is free and open to the public, and is appropriate for children ages 5 and above. Complimentary childcare is available for infants through age 4 and does not require a reservation.

Free parking is available in the church’s surface lot on West 19th Street (behind the building).

An offering will collected to support the continuation of programs like these that are offered free of charge to the community.

This evening will be one that you remember all season long, and is a wonderful opportunity for family and friends to enjoy together.

All who love and appreciate choral music and traditional carols will want to make plans now to attend.

Seating is limited, so early arrival is recommended.
